Most of Earth is water — about 71%. All that water is one giant pool, but we split it into five named oceans:
🌊 Pacific — the biggest, between Asia and America. Vietnam touches it.
🌊 Atlantic — between America and Europe/Africa. The one with the Titanic.
🌊 Indian — between Africa, Asia and Australia. Warm.
🌊 Arctic — at the top of the world. Always frozen.
🌊 Southern — around Antarctica. Coldest of all.
Earth is a ball. Maps stretch the ball flat onto a piece of paper, which is why some places (like Antarctica) look way too big. The real shapes are best seen on a globe.
